As you know, carriers have been overwhelmed by the drastic increase in online shopping this year, along with a reduction in staff due to COVID-19.
We have noticed that USPS, along with a few other carriers are not consistently updating tracking information on their websites which is leading to confusion. These tracking updates often show one scan or no movement at all since late November/early December. We're working every day with our USPS representative and have learned that packages are in fact moving and on their way to you despite what the USPS website might reflect. Still, many packages are taking multiple days to receive a scan. After that, they start moving and delivering often without notification.
With another 11 days to go, we are confident that your Kong will deliver before Christmas. That being said, if your order does not arrive before Christmas please reach out to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or text us at 614-810-4847, we're here to take care of you. Despite the circumstances, we are dedicated to doing all that we can on our end to bring joy to you and yours this holiday season.
We sincerely apologize for the frustration. We consistently strive for excellence and always want what is best for our customers, we know that a failed delivery before Christmas is unacceptable and we don't want this to reflect who we are as a brand. Rest assured, packages currently in transit will still arrive to you, they just may be later than expected. We appreciate your patience and are so thankful you’ve stuck with us through this holiday season. It’s been a heck of a year so far and we are beyond grateful to have you as a loyal customer.

We didn't expect such an awesome response to our first year of the Kong. Yet again, you guys have sold us out this Holiday season! More inventory is planned to arrive at our warehouse late December and we will immediately start processing orders once we receive it. We offer two shipping methods:
Premium Insured Shipping costs $4.49 and comes via USPS. Insured shipping will cover your package if it is damaged, lost or stolen.
Standard Shipping is free and comes via a slower USPS service.
