Where is my order?

- You should have received an email with a tracking number that you can use to get up to date information on the status of your order. If you did not get an email please contact us

Can I change my address?

- If your order has already shipped out then we unfortunately cannot change the address on your order.

Can I change my billing address?

- Unfortunately, we are unable to change the billing address once the order was placed. You put your preferred billing address upon making another order.

I want to expedite my order, do you have fast shipping?

- The fastest shipping method that we have is the Premium 1-4 day shipping which also covers lost, damaged, and stolen packages. If you have already made an order with standard shipping and wanted it to be changed, we are unable to switch that.

Why am I not receiving any order updates?

- You might have put an incorrect email address or your order might have not shipped yet due to some issues, please contact us so we can have it checked.

My hose broke! Which of the 2 hoses should I order?

- The version of the replacement Kong hose should match with the Kong version that you are using. If you ordered a Kong before 11/27 you most likely need the 1.0 hose.
